Reiner Michelfelder grows new forms from drawn grids and patterns. In an optical system of mirrors, prisms and glass bodies they refract and overlay into planes, interferences and sweeps — analogue Op art in which every work is a singular moment that carries a powerful sense of movement. The opening work of this site is created anew on every visit.
